Introducing International Economy: quality you expect, prices you deserve
Cut costs. Keep the quality. Deliver on time.
When it comes to sourcing, you’re usually forced to choose between price, quality, or lead time. That trade-off ends here.
With International Economy, a decidated sub-brand, you no longer have to sacrifice one to get the others.
This new sub-brand is built around three promises:
Cost. Quality. Time value.
Our mission? To help European manufacturers secure the same high-spec CNC and sheet metal parts—at dramatically lower prices—and deliver them within realistic, reliable timelines.
It’s smarter sourcing, designed for today’s budget-conscious, time-sensitive teams.

Paying full price for mid-sized orders? You don’t need to
If you’re ordering between 3 and 100 units, you’ve likely been stuck with poor options: overpaying for fast delivery or compromising quality with cheap alternatives.
International Economy offers a better way.
You get the same parts, manufactured to the same specifications, with savings of up to 75% depending on quantity and material.
Lead times? From just 16 working days.
Same tolerances. Same confidence.
Dimensional tolerancing is one of the first things engineers check. With International Economy, nothing changes:
- ±0.1mm for dimensions up to 6mm
- ±0.2–0.3mm for mid-size parts
- ±0.5–0.8mm for larger lengths up to 1,000mm
The tolerancing matches our standard range, so you won’t need to adjust your designs or tooling.
What materials and finishes are supported?
You’ll find broad material compatibility across both sheet metal and CNC-milled parts, with plenty of finishing options.
For sheet metal, International Economy supports:
- Steel EN 1.0330 (EN 1.0320 [hot coiled]) in 1.0, 1.2, 2.0 and 6.0 mm thicknesses, optional Trivalent Chromate (Clear).
- Stainless steel EN 1.4301 (2B finish) in 1.0, 1.2, 1,5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, and 6.0 mm.
- Stainless steel EN 1.4301 (single-sided hairline finish) in 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 2.0, and 3.0 mm.
- EN AW-5052 aluminium alloy in 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, and 6.0 mm, no treatment, black anodise, or clear anodise.
For CNC milling, the available materials and finishes include:
- EN 1.0038, optional with hard chrome plating (flash plating), black oxide, electroless nickel and trivalent chromate (clear)
- EN 1.1206, optional with hard chrome plating (flash plating), black oxide, electroless nickel and trivalent chromate (clear)
- EN 1.1206 (reference value 20-34HRC), optional with hard chrome plating (flash plating), black oxide, electroless nickel and trivalent chromate (clear)
- EN 1.7220 (reference value 26-32HRC), optional with hard chrome plating (flash plating), black oxide, electroless nickel and trivalent chromate (clear)
- EN 1.4301, EN 1.4401, EN 1.4016, and EN 1.4305 stainless steels.
- EN. AW-2017, EN. AW-5052, EN. AW-6061 and EN. AW-7075, aluminium alloys, with treatment options depending on the alloy: clear anodise, black anodise, black anodize (matte) and hard anodise (clear).
Note: Resin materials are not available under International Economy.
What about size limits?
There are some restrictions compared to our standard offer, but they’ll cover most needs:
- CNC milling: up to 1000mm×600mm×70mm
- Sheet metal: up to 800mm in length
If you need anything beyond that, our standard service is still available.
Where is it made?
Parts are produced throuhght trusted offshore partners, with consistent quality and support:
- Same inspection and QA process
- Same part numbers, with “-C” suffix to flag eligibility
Who it’s for?

What is meviy?
meviy is an AI-powered on-demand manufacturing platform developed by MISUMI. It allows engineers to upload 3D CAD models and receive instant quotations, automatic manufacturability analysis, and lead time estimates. Supporting processes like CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, meviy streamlines procurement, reduces communication loops, and accelerates product development. Its AI capabilities also enable part recognition, interactive design editing, and compatibility with a wide range of materials—making it a smart, fast, and reliable tool for today’s engineering teams.
