This update addresses evolving needs across Europe for expanded part dimensions without compromising precision or production times. Whether you’re designing structural parts or large assemblies, our enhanced capabilities help bring your ideas to life—seamlessly and at scale.
As part of our size expansion update, CNC machined plates are now available in two distinct shapes: block shape and base plate shape—each tailored for different industrial applications.
Block-shaped plates, available in steel or aluminium, are ideal for components that require depth and strength-such as brackets, housings, and structural frames.
Base plate shapes, available in stainless steel, steel, and aluminum, are perfectly suited for machine bases, mounting plates, panels, and flat support structures, where precision flatness and dimensional stability are key.
These expanded size options give engineers in fields like automation, robotics, and heavy equipment more flexibility to build larger assemblies with fewer constraints.

To meet diverse functional needs, a range of surface treatments is now available based on plate shape and material. Block shapes and base plate shapes support different treatments. Steel and aluminum materials are eligible for various coatings, while stainless steel is currently untreated to preserve its natural corrosion resistance.
