Paint Quality

Our painted products utilize eco-friendly, weather-resistant powder coatings from a renowned Japanese partner of ours. This coating method ensures a uniform paint thickness with minimal baking processes, enhancing both economic and environmental efficiency. Please note that the actual colour may slightly vary due to the approximate Munsell value. Additionally, there may be marks left by hanging jigs used during the painting process (see image below).

Coating Thickness and Pre-Treatment

We use a pre-treatment process involving thinner and iron phosphate coating, aiming for a coating thickness of 80μ±30 (excluding sheet thickness tolerance). While the target thickness is consistent, variations might occur based on the shape of the parts, and as such, this is not a guaranteed value.
