- Even for areas identified as weld locations, changes to the welding position may be suggested due to reasons such as the welding area being too narrow to reach.
- In such cases, the “Quality Agreement Items” will be displayed. Please refer to the following for specific model examples.
Cases Where Parts and Tools Interfere
Small-sized models with weld locations inside box-shaped structures
Welding location is in a narrow space between parallel plates
- Please resolve the issue by changing the welding direction setting from “Both Sides” to “Single Side,” or proceed with the quote after agreeing to the “Quality Agreement Item.” If agreed, we will manufacture using any welding method or direction during welding.
